REASON FOR MAINTENANCE:
We have received notice that our Atlanta Datacenter provider is going to be completing emergency maintenance on an upstream transport switch to bypass a failing component. Leading up to the maintenance window, all of the MacStadium related network traffic (destined toward the Internet) will be migrated off of the affected switch gracefully, allowing the traffic to re-route onto other upstream connections.
EXPECTED IMPACT:
We do NOT anticipate any service interruptions as part of this maintenance activity. However, there is always an outside chance that systems will not operate as anticipated during the scheduled work, and momentary service disruptions could occur during the duration of the maintenance interval.
If you experience any issues AFTER the planned maintenance interval is closed, please contact us immediately for resolution.
