Please be advised that we will be performing emergency maintenance on our Infrastructure starting Tuesday April 16, 2024 between 15:00PM UTC and 00:01AM UTC Wednesday April 17th.
Impacted Customers: Customers utilizing Virtual Firewalls. This includes Cisco ASAv5, ASAv10 and ASAv30 models.
Non-Impacted Customers: Physical Firewalls will not be impacted
Expected Impact: Minimal Network Disruption. One or two ping drops at most.
Reason for Maintenance: MacStadium is conducting a required infrastructure migration for the backend that hosts our customer Virtual Firewalls. Firewalls are expected to remain online and should not impact any production work during this maintenance. MacStadium will take care with each firewall during the migration to ensure networks remain stable and online during the migration.”
MacStadium engineers will proactively monitor and perform connectivity validations throughout to minimize any possible complications during this emergency maintenance.
