Las Vegas Firewall Scheduled Maintenance

Scheduled for Jan 29, 08:00 - 13:00 UTC

Scheduled

Dear Valued Customer,
On January 29th 2026 from 08:00 UTC to 12:00 UTC, we are implementing updates to your firewall(s) in Las Vegas to improve stability and reduce the risk of outages relating to Cisco bug CSCwh04730. We will be upgrading your firewall(s) to ASA version 9.16.4.85.
Expected impact: During the update, your firewall will reboot and become unavailable for approx. 5 minutes. No other impact is expected based on your current version and configuration. If you have redundant firewalls with us, no impact is expected as failover occurs. Reminder: We highly recommend that our customers create an account and subscribe to Cisco advisory communications such as these by visiting https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/web/tools/cns/notifications.html (\"https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/web/tools/cns/notifications.html\") to receive direct notifications regarding security advisories and software updates. Concerned about downtime? Please note that we do offer options to deploy redundant firewall appliances in the event that customers need to avoid scheduled downtime for their dedicated private cloud environment while software updates are being performed. Additional charges apply.
