The issue with our hosting provider has been resolved and our communication capabilities have been restored. There is still a backlog of messages that will be sent out, but everything is operating as expected.

An incident has occurred with our hosting provider, which is impacting our ability to communicate through tickets. While everything within the MacStadium portal itself is operational, our responses to ticket messages may be delayed as a result of the issue with our provider.

We are monitoring the issue with our hosting provider and will provide an update as soon as one becomes available.
